Description

Senior management support of health and wellness programs is a critical element to the success of such initiatives. The top-down support of health and wellness programs drives employees to participate and engage in efforts to improve their health.

Listen to pre-conference comments from Gregg Lehman.

  • The steps in creating a culture of health;
  • Engaging the C-suite and the employee to promote better health;
  • Assessing ROI resulting from a culture of health; and
  • A case study on successfully creating a culture of health.
