ABOUT OUR PANELISTS:

Kate Larsen
Regression in health coaching is more about adjusting behavior change goals than about failure.

Kate Larsen is the president of Winning LifeStyles, Inc., which conducts training programs on leadership development, stress management and coaching skills. She is a seasoned, credentialed business and life coach, experienced professional speaker and faculty member teaching coaching skills to leaders.

Larsen has been a group fitness instructor since 1985 and is a certified personal trainer. She is a professionally certified coach and has completed coach training with CoachU, Corporate CoachU, and the Coaches Training Institute. She is a faculty member of Wellcoaches Corporation, which offers wellness coach training to health and fitness professionals and coaching services in partnership with the American College of Sports Medicine.

She is also an executive coach and resource trainer for the Ken Blanchard Companies. Larsen has appeared in and written for more than forty magazines (i.e. Fitness, SHAPE, Experience Life, Self, Club Industry, Training Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Weight Watchers, Prevention & more) and newspapers. She has also appeared on television and radio programs as a lifestyle expert.

Larsen is a breast cancer survivor who truly knows the importance of living intentionally and proactively.

Larsen has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and a certification in addictions counseling from Mercy Hospital.

Claudine Reilly

Claudine Reilly, RN, MA, COHN-S, CHES, Certified Intrinsic Coach®, is the wellness manager at CVS Caremark. She supports the director of health strategy to realize the CVS Caremark vision: “We strive to improve the quality of human life.” Reilly designs, implements, measures and evaluates ROI and effectiveness for all wellness activities, clinical advocacy and care management programs for 200,000 CVS Caremark colleagues countrywide.

Reilly is the co-editor of the quarterly Your Health Matters Newsletter and the Health Care News section of www.cvshealthcarehub.com. She creates partnerships and manages the relationships with national medical carriers, wellness/fitness vendors, the Employee Assistance Program and many internal CVS departments to help employees get healthy and stay healthy. In 2007, CVS Caremark received the coveted Gold Level Award from the Wellness Council of America and, in 2009, the Gold Award for Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles from the National Business Group on Health.

Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Reilly had extensive experience in occupational health nursing, disability management and workplace wellness at companies such as BankBoston, Fleet Bank, Bank of America and Health Resources (formerly Omni Health Systems). Reilly is a member of the Wellness Council of America, The National Wellness Institute, The American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the Greater Boston and Rhode Island Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the American Nurses Association and the Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses.

Reilly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Emmanuel College and a Master in Health Care Administration from Framingham State College. Reilly is certified in Occupational Health Nursing, Disability Management, Health Education and Intrinsic Coaching®. She is also a Licensed Facilitator for Am I Hungry?® What to Do when Diets Don’t Work workshop series. She has given numerous presentations to both internal colleagues and professional organizations.
