Health plans are using QI programs to improve the effectiveness and access/availability of the care that they provide and increase the satisfaction of members with the type of care that they receive -- all of which can have a bottom line
impact.
During this 60-minute audio conference on CD-ROM, we examine the types of QI programs that health plans are implementing and
the results that these programs can yield.
Dan Styf, director of learning and innovation, Alliance of Community Health Plans, will address:
- Overview of initiatives in QI programs;
- QI department structure;
- Results from QI initiatives;
- Developing, auditing and reviewing a QI work plan; and
- Getting physicians to follow QI guidelines.
You can "attend" this program right in your office and enjoy significant savings – no travel time or hassle; no hotel
expenses. It’s so convenient! Invite your staff members to listen in.
