Paul L. Green, MS, RN, CPHQ

Paul L. Green is the principal and founder of Greenlight Healthcare Consulting, LLC. The firm consults on leadership development, quality of care improvement and patient safety endeavors. In addition to this role, he serves as director of clinical quality improvement for Tenet’s John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Indio, Calif. In this senior management role, he is responsible for quality and risk management, case management and social services.

Prior to establishing his firm in 2004, Green was director of clinical affairs for VHA Upper Midwest in Minneapolis. He was responsible for the research, design, implementation, delivery, evaluation and re-design of innovative, clinically-focused products to meet current and future member business needs. In addition, he served as national faculty and consulting resource for leadership development, workforce re-design and quality/patient safety.

Green is a nationally recognized expert in clinical quality improvement, sustainability of improvement efforts, systemic efforts for patient safety improvement and executive leadership coaching and development to support cultural change in support of clinical and safety improvements. Green has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in the areas of delivery, administration, executive leadership, quality improvement, risk management and consulting. Green also serves as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award as well as an Examiner for the California Awards for Performance Excellence.

Green is the author of several articles in the area of leadership development and quality improvement, and has received numerous awards for his work.

Green is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, with degrees in Biology and Nursing. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Child Health Nursing and Nursing Education. Green has achieved advanced levels of professional recognition as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and holds licensure as a Healthcare Risk Manager from the State of Florida.

Christine Profita Orok

Christine Profita Orok is the project leader of cost and quality at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In this role she leads the development and implementation of online tools and capabilities to support members enrolled in new and emerging product and business solutions.

Profita Orok has nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a concentration in managed care. Her background has spanned the areas of e-business development and implementation, product management, provider relations, contracting and operations.

Profita Orok holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.
