At Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, case managers have access to an intranet repository that provides at their fingertips materials and tools to help them perform their job functions. Developed internally, the site provides access to policies and procedures, patient education materials and resources, evidence-based guidelines and documentation and coding information, as well as licensure information.

Listen to pre-conference comments from Karen Black.
