Medicare Advantage (Part C) 2005 is a one volume publication prepared in response to the Medicare Advantage Final Rule issued by CMS on January 28th, 2005. It contains background, history of the regulations and explanations cross-referenced with The Medicare Part C Final Regulation.

This 300 page book contains 80 pages of detailed explanations of the regulations implementing the Medicare Advantage program, the full text of the Final Rule as it was printed in the Federal Register on January 28, 2005, and 50 pages of appendix material that has several documents from CMS on the Medicare Advantage program including; frequently asked questions about the Medicare Advantage application process, an introductory letter from CMS's Director of the Medicare Advantage Group; a Memo from the Director of Medicare Advantage regarding transition guidance and several CMS technical issue papers on the Medicare Advantage Program.
