Eric Zimmerman, Senior Vice President of Marketing, RelayHealth
Eric Zimmerman, senior vice president, marketing has more than 15 years experience building and launching interactive health communication products. Prior to joining RelayHealth, Eric led consumer product marketing for MedicaLogic/Medscape, which produced award-winning content portals and online connectivity resources.
Zimmerman started the online/interactive products group at consumer health information leader StayWell, a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal Publishing Company, where he launched products aimed at physician, hospital, managed care, and employer markets. He also was a founding employee of the Johnson & Johnson health management business unit, and later served as western regional sales director for Johnson & Johnson’s Health Care Systems’ Consulting and Services group.
Zimmerman earned his master’s degree in public health from UCLA, and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
Dr. Eric M. Liederman, Medical Director for University of California Davis Medical Center
Dr. Eric M. Liederman is the Medical Director for Clinical Information Systems at the University of California Davis Medical Center. In this capacity he has implemented an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in the UC Davis hospital and clinics. The EMR includes secure web-based patient-physician communications, digital radiology image distribution system, electronic order entry and documentation, and a clinical data repository.
Dr. Liederman currently serves as clinician leader of the interactive design, knowledge management and privacy protection efforts for UC Davis’ EMR project. After graduating from Dartmouth College and Tufts University Medical School, he completed his training in Internal Medicine at Baystate Medical Center, and earned his MPH at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He speaks internationally and has published on topics related to EMRs, privacy and security, and patient connectivity.
Tanya Trombly, Director of Provider Support, Blue Cross Shield of Massachusetts
Tanya Trombly is the Director of Provider Support at Blue Cross Shield of Massachusetts. Trombly has over 20 years of experience in the implementation of administrative simplification, health management and reporting system initiatives including HIPAA Transactions and Code Sets, on-line patient and physician communication tools and HEDIS. Current projects include leading the implementation of the National Provider Identifier at BCBSMA.
She has a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Chicago and
a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College.
