 Description

e-Health Initiatives in 2006: Strategies for the Next Generation, an October 27, 2005 audio conference on CD-ROM, looks at what strategic direction e-health initiatives will take in 2006, from infrastructure enhancements to new launches. We also examine what strategies were successful in 2005.

e-Healthcare initiatives are continuing to shift clinical and administrative functions to web-based technologies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

During this 90-minute audio conference on CD-ROM, your expert panel of speakers, Jeff Allport, senior manager, eHealth initiatives, St. Joseph Health System and Dr. Bruce Taffel, senior medical director of health informatics and chief medical officer at Shared Health, provide case studies on their organizations' e-health initiatives and planned enhancements for 2006.

You will get details on:

  • e-Health strategic developments for 2006;
  • The areas seeing the biggest growth and adoption;
  • What consumers are demanding; and
  • How this plays into the presidential call for electronic medical records (EMRs) within 10 years.

You can "attend" this program right in your office and enjoy significant savings – no travel time or hassle; no hotel expenses. It’s so convenient! Invite your staff members to listen in.

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS AUDIO CONFERENCE?

CEOs, presidents, CIOs, e-business directors, vice presidents, health plan executives, and strategic planning directors.

Here's what participants said about the live program:
